Race entry is granted to the named competitor on the entry form for the named event. Race entries are non-refundable and are not interchangeable. Entries cannot be assigned or sold to any third party. Entries may only be transferred with our permission up to 7 days before the event.
The applicable entry fee is the price of the online entry application on the date of the entry application. The closing date for an event is the earlier of (i) the Monday before the date of the event or (ii) the date on which all of the places for an event have been filled. The closing date will be announced on the website.
If your contact information changes between the date of entry and the date of the event, you should notify the organisers of any change of address or contact details.

Competitors must be 15 years or over for the 10k and 5 mile events. Parental consent must be obtained for any competitor under the age of 18. There is no minimum age for the fun run events, but all competitors under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Our events are held on a variety of surfaces and all competitors enter at their own risk. While medical assistance is provided for the duration of the event no liability will be accepted by either Pennington Events Limited or individual race organisers for any injury incurred by entering this race.
Pictures and video footage may be used on the race website or that of our sponsors and in advertising material and media write-ups. All competitors entering an event agree to their photograph being used for these purposes.
It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to the terms and conditions as set out on the race website.
A race requires physical effort and exertion. We recommend that you fully prepare and train for our events. If you have a medical condition it must be detailed on the reverse of your race number. We strongly advise you seek medical advice before participating in this event and you disclose to those medical advisors the nature of this event.
Health and safety
No entries are permissible from participants on bikes, roller skates, with pushchairs, dogs or any kind of mechanical aid. Parts of our routes may not be accessible for wheelchair users. As the event is not held on roads with traffic, headphones are permitted. However, we ask that competitors only use one ear piece so they can hear the instructions from marshals.
In the event that you suffer illness or injury during the event, you are obliged to report it to the nearest marshal.
In the event of the event(s) being cancelled monies are non-refundable. However the Race Director will make every attempt to provide an alternative race date.
